Versa Rudder™ Universal Rudder

Bixpy Versa Rudder™ with Steering is the first rudder on the market specifically designed to be compatible with the motor.

The rudder is made of anodized aluminum and glass-filled nylon, and is ready to go for any adventure, whether in salt or fresh water.

The Versa rudder also offers a tail to improve rotation, wheels to help raise and lower the rudder, a quick-release pin, and two steering options (pole steering/V-arm steering).

The Versa Rudder™ is incredibly easy to install, thanks to its 10mm cast stainless steel pin.

You can swap most other rudders in seconds! Plus, its robust, double-hinged 90° Slide & Stow mechanism allows you to quickly remove the rudder completely from the water.

The Versa Rudder™ also features a gravity locking mechanism that allows the rudder to lock into place when motorized forward or backward.

The steering of our rudder can be achieved using the existing rudder steering lines on your boat with our included V-ARM™ steering support.

If your kayak doesn't have existing steering lines, you can use our pole steering system to steer the rudder instead of the V-ARM™ steering mount. Please ensure you select the correct steering option for your boat.

The Bixpy telescopic steering handle is included with the Pole Steering option.
